In-Ring Segment

Charlotte Flair is kicking off the show tonight. She said it’s been seven days since she arrived on Smackdown Live and she’s already lost patience. She asks if Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon are on summer vacation already, or perhaps binge watching the Fast & Furious, because she’s fastly growing furious. Charlotte demands to be put in a match for the Smackdown Women’s Championship, and is cut off by Naomi. The champ says Smackdown Live doesn’t have queens, but they do have champions – and you’re looking at one. Naomi says she hates to see Charlotte out here begging for opportunity, and wants to do this right here and right now. She drops the title and decks her in the face, and the two brawl until a referee comes out and gets in between them.

Out comes Shane McMahon, who says we’re going to see a fight here tonight, but challengers have to earn their opportunities. If Charlotte defeats Naomi tonight, she becomes the number one contender. Naomi turns her back to talk to the fans and Charlotte immediately rushes the ring and lays her out from behind. She tries to pose with the title, but Naomi recovers and goes on the attack again, dumping her from the ring. The two stare each other down as Naomi holds her title in the air.

Backstage Segment

Charlotte is shown on her way to the ring, but she runs into Natalya, Carmella, James Ellsworth and Tamina Snuka. They mock her and say how grateful they are to just be in the “presence of greatness”. Charlotte walks past them but is roughed up a bit on her way. The tension mounts…

If Charlotte Wins She Becomes #1 Contender
Charlotte Flair vs. Naomi

The challenger goes on the offensive immediately. She puts her in a headscissors and does her mat stomp technique. Charlotte hits a splash in the corner and puts the boots to the champion. Naomi gets a few shots in but is quickly caught in a side headlock. Charlotte hits her with a chop, and Naomi responds with a stiff kick to the leg. They go back and forth trading chops and kicks, and Noami gets the better of the exchange and does her rapid fire kicks. They both go over the top rope to the floor as we cut to a commercial.

Charlotte has the champion in a body scissors as we come back from commercial. She breaks the hold and hits a back suplex for two, before dropping an exposed knee to the jaw several times. Naomi shows signs of life and tries to hit a sunset flip pin, but Charlotte just drops another knee on her face to break it up. She goes for the knee again but Naomi rolls out of the way and hits an enzugiri to create her first opening of the match. She throws a dozen elbow shots and hits a hurricanrana, followed by a float-over stunner, heading to the top rope and coming down with a crossbody for a nearfall. Naomi tries for the Rear View, but Charlotte kicks her in the back and hits Natural Selection for the win!

Winner: Charlotte Flair

Charlotte is walking backstage after her victory, and again walks into the group of heel women (and James Ellsworth). She smiles and gives them a “woo” as she walks off, and the heels do not look happy.

– Shane McMahon comes out to a great reaction. He thanks all the Superstars that have moved on to Monday Night Raw for showing the world what the Smackdown Live brand has to offer. He is here to address the state of the Smackdown women’s division, after Alexa Bliss and Mickie James moved over to Raw last night. Shane asks the entire women’s division to come out to the ring. Naomi comes out first and is introduced individually as the champion, which is pretty cool. She is followed by Natalya, Carmella and Becky Lynch. Shane introduces the first women to come over from the Raw brand. She is a second generation superstar, and her father is one of the all-time greats…. TAMINA SNUKA! Shane isn’t done yet, as he announces a second pick… CHARLOTTE FLAIR!

In Ring Segment: Bayley

Bayley tells the crowd she is feeling it tonight. She is ready for WrestleMania. This is her favorite time of the year. The WrestleMania sign gives her butterflies. Bayley notes that she knows that the fact that the Raw Women’s title match at WrestleMania is now an elimination match means the odds are stacked against her. Before Bayley can finish, Charlotte interrupts. Charlotte asks Bayley if she dreamed of going to WrestleMania as a paper champion. The Boss has made Bayley a pawn. Charlotte says that when she beat Sasha Banks at Roadblock Banks was cast from the Raw Women’s title picture. Banks found a way back in through Bayley. If it wasn’t for Banks, Charlotte would still be the champion. Charlotte says she wouldn’t do what Banks is doing to Bayley right now because not even she is that cruel. Charlotte adds that she will be walking out of WrestleMania as the five-time champion. Bayley will be leaving with no friends, no title, and no future! Bayley says she would never believe Charlotte. Charlotte says let the Boss tell you in her own words. Charlotte puts a tweet up on the ‘tron that Banks posted. The tweet says keep your friends close and your enemies closer and has a picture of Banks and Charlotte hugging.

Charlotte says Banks doesn’t believe in friendships, she only cares about championships. Banks did it to Charlotte, now she is going to do it to Bayley. Banks has heard enough and she makes her way down the ramp to join the proceedings. Banks says she is so tired of hearing this argument. Banks adds that both Bayley and she understand that friendship and business are two different things. At WrestleMania, she is going to take care of business. Banks adds that she beat Bayley to get into the match at WrestleMania and she will beat Bayley again at WrestleMania. Nia Jax walks out and says all she has heard since coming to Raw is about Charlotte, Bayley, and Banks. Jax adds that she is going to destroy all of them at WrestleMania. Charlotte tells Jax that the only reason she is in the match is because Banks didn’t have to pretend to care about Bayley anymore. Banks decks Charlotte. Jax assaults Bayley.

Raw Women’s Champion Bayley and Sasha Banks vs Nia Jax and Charlotte

Banks and Charlotte lock up. Neither can get an advantage. Banks and Charlotte tumble to the outside while still locked up. Back int he ring Banks hits the ropes and tilt-a-whirls around Charlotte before locking in a modified straight jacket hold. Charlotte fights out of the hold. Charlotte whips Banks into the ropes, but Banks rolls to the outside. Banks hilariously attempts to pull Jax off the apron, but Jax kicks her away like a small child. Charlotte tries to attack Banks but runs right into a clothesline. Charlotte tags in Jax. Banks goes for a sunset flip, but Jax powers out. Jax tries to stomp on Banks, but Banks rolls out of the way. Jax picks up Banks for a bodyslam, but Banks wiggles out of it. Banks tags in Bayley. Bayley and Banks double dropkick Jax. Jax forces Bayley into the corner. Jax and Charlotte assault Bayley. Charlotte tags back and tries to slam Bayley’s head into the turnbuckle. Bayley fires up and slams Charlotte’s head into the turnbuckle over and over again. Bayley attempts a top rope splash, but Charlotte moves out of the way.

Charlotte works over Bayley until Bayley sends her to the outside. Bayley tags in Banks, who floors Charlotte with a clothesline. Top rope body splash for a two count by Banks. Jax blind tags herself into the match as Banks rolls up Charlotte. Jax breaks up the pin before sending Banks tumbling to the outside. After a short break, Charlotte and Jax are taking turns beating down Banks. Charlotte picks up Banks and delivers two stiff backbreakers to Banks before locking in a vice. Banks manages to turn it into a head scissors. Banks tags in Bayley, who is a house of fire. Bayley tries the vintage Bayley combo, but she ends up eating a high knee to the face as she runs in for the corner elbow. Charlotte misses a clothesline, which allows Bayley to hit a side suplex. Bayley goes up top, but Charlotte knocks her off the top rope. Charlotte stomps on Bayley’s knee and immediately locks in the Figure-eight. Banks breaks up the pin. Jax hits the ring, but Banks sends Jax to the outside. Banks dives off the apron, but Jax catches her. Jax tries to slam Banks into the ring post, but Banks reverses it and sends Jax head first into the ring post. Charlotte misses a head kick. Bayley grabs a waist lock and blasts Charlotte with the Bayley to Belly for the win.

Winners- Bayley and Sasha Banks

After the match, Jax attacks Banks and Bayley. Jax leg drops Banks, then Samoan drops Bayley. Charlotte stumbles into the ring and Jax runs over her like a freight train.

Charlotte vs Dana Brooke

Charlotte charges Brooke. Brooke takes Charlotte down tot he mat. Brooke forces Charlotte into the corner. Brooke lands a few strikes. Brooke flips Charlotte over with an arm drag. Brooke whips Charlotte into the ropes, but Charlotte hooks the rope and rolls to the outside. Brooke goes after Charlotte as she tries to get in the ring. Charlotte’s shoulder blocks Brooke. Brooke sweeps Charlotte’s leg for a two count. Brooke drops Charlotte with a facebuster. Charlotte lands a few chops, but Brooke levels her with a clothesline. Charlotte surprises Brooke with a big boot for the win.
